Our manufacturing process and capabilities include the following features to produce the best part for the customer:
- Custom-made molds optimized for use in the production process.
- CNC milling for production of difficult molded shapes directly from the solid model.
- Two-piece matched production molds made from epoxy or aluminum with smooth part surfaces on both the male and female sides.
- Trimmed part features produced using waterjet technology.
- CMM measuring to inspect parts according to drawings produced directly from the solid model.
